Ingredients
  • 2 ounces of fresh kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked sea salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Imagine Chicken Stock
  • A quick spray of Smart Balance (optional)
Preparation
  1. Put the first three ingredients into a large bowl and mix generously coating all the leaves.
  2. place kale onto a cookie sheet with or without parchment paper
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until kale is crispy.
  4. Enjoy as an extra snack for the day.
