Smoothie Meal (Vegetarian Protocol)

Ingredients
- 6 oz Water or unsweetened green tea (add more or less depending on how thick you want it)
- 1 serving of approved protein powder
- 3.5 oz of spinach and/or kale
- 1 apple
- 6-8 cucumber slices
Preparation
- Reserve your optional Wasa cracker and 1⁄2 of your apple to add later, diced.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a bowl and diced apple & Wasa cracker on top for extra crunch. Enjoy!
Optional Ideas
Optional Spice Combos to add:
- Cinnamon, ginger, and small amounts of cardamom, & clove.
- Or pumpkin spice, apple pie, ginger & Valencia Orange stevia.
- Sourdough Wasa was used in this picture. (If you want some crunchy pieces to chew on!)
