- 1 Wasa (sourdough)
- 3.5 ounces of taco meat (beef, bison, ground chicken or turkey)
- 1/2 a lime
- .5 ounce of fresh chopped tomatoes
- 3 ounces salad mix and onion combined
- Place the Wasa in a small baking tin.
- Top with 3.5 ounces taco meat.
- Next, top with salsa, fresh tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Turn upside down onto your plate and serve with a salad topped with salad, cilantro, and a squeeze of half a lime.
