Ingredients
  • 1 Wasa (sourdough)
  • 3.5 ounces of taco meat (beef, bison, ground chicken or turkey)
  • Salsa
  • Cilantro
  • 1/2 a lime
  • .5 ounce of fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 3 ounces salad mix and onion combined
  • Cucumbers
This recipe uses 1 serving of protein, 1 serving of vegetables, and 1 of your crunchy carbs.
Preparation
  1. Place the Wasa in a small baking tin.
  2. Top with 3.5 ounces taco meat.
  3. Next, top with salsa, fresh tomatoes, and cilantro.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Turn upside down onto your plate and serve with a salad topped with salad, cilantro, and a squeeze of half a lime.
