Ingredients
  • Orgain Protein Powder - 2 scoops
  • 3.5 ounces strawberries
  • Few spinach leaves - optional (a few leaves does NOT count as a vegetable)
  • Cucumber - 1 small - whole
  • Ice cubes
  • 2-3 cups water
Makes one protein and uses 1/2 of a fruit serving.
Preparation
  1. Blend them all together, enjoy!
Optional Ideas
  1. Try adding fresh mint.
  2. Add a few drops of SweetLeaf Stevia Lemon Sweet Drops or SweetLeaf Stevia Orange Sweet Drops.
