Ingredients
  • Orgain protein powder -2 scoops
  • Strawberries - 3.5 oz
  • Spinach few leaves - optional (a few leaves does NOT count as a vegetable)
  • Cucumber - 1 small - whole
  • Ice cubes
  • water - 2-3 cups
Makes one protein and uses 1/2 of a fruit serving
Preparation
Blend them all together, enjoy!
Optional Ideas
