Zucchini Chicken Loaf
Ingredients
- 10.5 oz of grated zucchini
- 10.5 organic free range ground chicken (or ground turkey)
- 1/8 tea spoon garlic powder
- 1/8 tea spoon onion powder
- 1/8 tea spoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 table spoon of ketch
- 1. Table spoon of mustard
Preparation

Mix ground chicken, grated zucchini, seasoning and cilantro in a baking dish.

Top with ketchup and mustard mix

Bake covered at 375 to 400 degrees for 45min to 1 hour
