Electrolyzing Summer Water

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz of fresh, washed and cut strawberries
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cucumbers
- 1 TBSP of fresh chopped mint
- Juice of half a lime
- 1/2 tsp of Redmond Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt (or to your taste)
- 16 oz of water
- Ice (optional)
Preparation
- Start by washing and cutting your strawberries, cucumbers and mint.
- Add everything to your cup of choice.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
- Add in the salt to taste. (See Note Below)
- Pour water into cup and let infuse for a little while.
- Enjoy!
Optional Ideas
Add in enough salt to ensure that the water tastes full. Meaning- not too salty and not too plain. The majority of the electrolytes are coming from the salt! Be sure that the salt is NOT table salt. The salt suggestions above are ideal for supporting your body the best!
